Hand-pressed Yuzu Juice

Yuzu juice, nothing but yuzu juice, and unpasteurized to preserve all the freshness and lingering taste of this unique fruit. Originating from East Asia, yuzu is a citrus fruit that resembles a lemon in appearance but is distinguished by its subtle fragrance and characteristic bitterness, somewhere between a mandarin and a citron. 

This juice is produced by the company Ogon no Mura (literally "the golden village") in the Tokushima prefecture (Shikoku island) from fruits grown in the village of Kito, ensuring its quality. It is distributed as is, pure, or incorporated into sauces, syrups, beverages, and marmalades to which it adds its unmatched flavor. The yuzus are hand-pressed the day after they are harvested, and the cold chain is maintained throughout, making this juice an exceptional product that must be tasted. Available in 100 and 200ml. 

Usage: To be enjoyed as is, well chilled and diluted with water, for a refreshing and tangy experience. This yuzu juice is also ideal as a sauce (ponzu style) to accompany raw or cooked fish, or in the preparation of sweet tarts as well as in seasoning fruit salads. 

Storage: Glass bottle to be kept in the refrigerator after opening. Keep away from light before opening.
