In Japanese, "Umai" means "Delicious." We chose this name because our mission is to select the best Japanese products for you, those whose quality and taste are outstanding, even for beginner palates. This is our commitment and our priority!
Everything you find with us must be delicious, from essential basics like round rice or the dashi broth to specialties like " hatcho miso " artisanal or the seven spice blend " kyo-shichimi ».
We are passionate about these products. As a result, we know them well and are always happy to share what we know about them with you.
