100% Glutinous Rice Mochi
These mochi can be cooked as you like and contain only one ingredient: glutinous rice. You can cook them in hot water to awaken their tenderness or bake them for a roasted flavor. You can even microwave them... Or pan-fry them in a drizzle of olive oil. A splash of soy sauce and a few sesame seeds will complete the dish. Or perhaps a drizzle of maple syrup? Note that these mochi are delicious when paired with amazake.
