Domaine Ichi : Sparkling Ezo Awa 2023

Japanese natural sparkling wine from the Ichi estate. 

Storage: Natural wines are ideally stored at a constant temperature, around 13°C, and away from light. Avoid temperature fluctuations as much as possible. 

Ingredients: Fermented grape juice, with no additives! 

Grape variety: Niagara. 

Year: 2023. 

Shelf life: Contrary to popular belief, natural wine ages very well! However, the very nature of Japanese grape varieties means they are best enjoyed in their youth, that is, within the first 3-4 years.
