Countryside Miso

Tsurumiso has been making miso for over a century. Its traditional method is tried and true, and its country-style barley miso reveals incredible flavors and a rich, deep umami. This terroir miso gives preparations such as broths and marinades a unique taste. It contains no additives. 

Storage: Keep in a dry, cool place, away from light. Refrigerate after opening.
