Saké de Paris "Vivace Relief" Junmai Kimoto

The urban sake Vivace is at Umai! Urban, because it is brewed in the 19th arrondissement with the water from Parisian artesian wells. It is a cuvée made using the kimoto method, drier than the cuvée Cascade and with notes of underbrush.
