Grape Republic: Anfora Bianco 2024

Japanese natural wine from the estate Grape Republic (Yamagata Prefecture). 

Year of production : 2024. 

Storage : Natural wines are ideally stored at a constant temperature, around 13°C, and protected from light. Avoid temperature fluctuations as much as possible. Remember to aerate your wine at least 30 minutes before consuming. Ingredients: Fermented grape juice, no additives! 

Grapes : Delaware, Niagara, Rosario Bianco. 10.5 degrees of alcohol. 

Shelf life : Contrary to popular belief, natural wine keeps very well! However, the very nature of Japanese grape varieties means that they are best enjoyed in their youth, that is to say within the first 3-4 years. 

The abuse of alcohol is dangerous to health, to be consumed in moderation.
