Grape Republic: Rosato 2023

Natural wine from the Grape Republic estate (Yamagata Prefecture). 

Year of production: 2023. Blend in 2023 of the Steuben (red) and Delaware (white) grape varieties from the estate. This wine has notes of peach and raspberry. It is very smooth and light with a fine and pleasant finish. It reminds us of the rosés from the Tavel appellation in our regions. Stainless steel aging. Indigenous yeasts, unfiltered, zero additives. 

Storage: Natural wines are ideally stored at a constant temperature, around 13°C, and away from light. Avoid temperature fluctuations as much as possible. Remember to aerate your wine at least 30 minutes before consuming. 

Ingredients: Fermented grape juice, no additives! 

Grape varieties: Steuben, Delaware. 11 degrees of alcohol. 

Shelf life: Contrary to popular belief, natural wine keeps very well! However, the very nature of Japanese grape varieties means they are best enjoyed in their youth, that is, within the first 3-4 years.
