Grape Republic: Dela Fresca 2024

Japanese natural sparkling wine from the Grape Republic (Yamagata Prefecture). 

Year of production : 2024. 

Storage : Natural wines are ideally stored at a constant temperature, around 13°C, and away from light. Avoid temperature fluctuations as much as possible. Remember to aerate your wine at least 30 minutes before consuming it. Ingredients : Fermented grape juice, no additives! 

Grapes : Delaware (94%), Steuben (6%). 10 degrees of alcohol. 

Shelf life : Contrary to popular belief, natural wine keeps very well! However, the very nature of Japanese grape varieties means that they are best enjoyed in their youth, that is to say within the first 3-4 years. 

Excessive alcohol consumption is dangerous for health, to be consumed in moderation.
