Japanese natural sparkling wine from the Grape Republic estate (Yamagata Prefecture).
Year of production: 2022.
Storage: Natural wines are best stored at a constant temperature, around 13°C, and away from light. Avoid temperature fluctuations as much as possible. Remember to aerate your wine at least 30 minutes before consuming.
Ingredients: Fermented grape juice, with no additives!
Grape varieties: Delaware (58%), Niagara (25%), Steuben (17%). 11.5 degrees of alcohol.
Shelf life: Contrary to popular belief, natural wine can be stored very well! However, the very nature of Japanese grape varieties means they are best enjoyed in their youth, that is, within the first 3-4 years.
